Return Policy

ReturnsWe utilize Printful as our fulfillment partner. Each order is made to order. For that reason we don’t offer returns and exchanges.

If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at merch@nwatrails.com so we can make it right.

Wrong Address - If the Address provided is an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment partner's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. A complete photo of the damaged product is required by our fulfillment partner as part of the review process.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Since each product is made to order. We can not exchange it for a different product.
