Apple Dumplin - Slaughter Pen

Apple Dumplin - Blue

Located in Slaughter Pen Trails, Apple Dumplin is a short but engaging blue rated trail that packs a surprising amount of fun into a compact descent in Bentonville.

Running along Tiger Blvd, this trail begins with a wooden drop in feature that immediately sets the tone. From there, the trail flows into a series of small jumps and rollers, creating a fast, playful rhythm that rewards riders who carry speed and stay light on the bike.

Despite its short length, Apple Dumplin offers a few technical moments that keep things interesting. A slightly off camber section challenges balance and line choice, while a clearly marked drop near the bottom that is rollable and around 3 feet adds a final hit before the trail ends.

This trail is best described as “short and sweet.” It’s quick to ride, easy to repeat, and a great option for riders looking to mix a little jump flow with light technical features in a low commitment setting.
